Account data (companies): email address, password (hashed), company name, contact name, phone number, company description, city, postcode, website URL.
Account data (candidates): email address, password (hashed), full name, phone number, location, headline, skills, LinkedIn URL, website URL, CV (uploaded PDF).
Application data: cover letter text, the date you applied, and which job you applied to.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We collect this through server logs for security and operational purposes.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for marketing purposes. We do not share your data with advertising networks.
Your data is stored on servers located within the European Economic Area. Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing (bcrypt). CVs are stored with randomised filenames and are only accessible to you and to companies whose jobs you have applied to.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it for longer.
Application data is retained for 12 months after the associated job listing expires, after which it is automatically deleted.
